Herbal Klenz Tea Instructions for Use:

Herbal Klenz Tea, depending on how it is prepared, can be used as a product that performs two totally different functions.

Function one is a delicious and relaxing herbal tea that may be used on a daily basis, and is best consumed either hot or cold last thing at night.

Function two is a poerful detoxifying, cleansing tea that may be used to help rid the body of stored toxins.

Daily usage (Function one):

To prepare the tea for this function, bring 8oz of pure water to a boil and the let it cool slightly (until it stops bubbling).

Place a single tea bag into the water and let it steep for no more than a two minutes.

Although it tastes great without the addition of sweeteners, you may add raw sugar or honey if desired to further sweeten the taste.

Then, depending on how you like you tea, either drink the tea hot, or let it cool first.

Use as a Detoxing Tea (Function two):

To prepare the tea for this function bring one gallon of pure water in a stainless steel of glass saucepan to a boil and the let it cool slightly (until it stops bubbling).

Then add 4 tea bags, cover with a lid and let it steep for eight hours or more (overnight works fine).

Then pour the entire mixture into a container with an airtight lid (such as a Tupperware jug) and refrigerate your new batch of tea.

While you can drink your tea hot or as an iced tea, drinking your tea at body temperature is actually the most beneficial.

It has been suggested that it is best to drink your tea while eating food. Drink about 8 ounces with breakfast and/or dinner, and drink about 4 ounces with a snack or a light lunch. A standard teacup holds about 6 ounces.

If you feel a need to drink more or less of your tea, feel free. Just remember that it is a cathartic and detoxifying tea…it is likely you may experience slight discomfort during the first few days as you go through the initial cleansing and elimination of accumulated toxins and old waste material.

It is not unusual to be going to the bathroom more frequently for a few days, so plan ahead if you are not at home. You should start to “go” more frequently, two or three times a day…which is actually more natural than the once or less a day most of us “go” now. You will rapidly notice that your “movements” are less strained, more natural.

As a natural cleanser, this tea will help remove the old, decayed, impacted fecal matter in your colon without stressful enemas or colonics. As you continue to drink your tea every day, you will be removing more and more toxins. You will start to feel better and have more energy as you become cleaner inside.

As an extra benefit, as the junk is being removed from your colon, you may notice your abdomen start to shrink. Many users report losing pounds of excess weight and inches from their waistline.

IMPORTANT NOTE 1: The human body is NOT designed to undergo the stress of this type of  “Detox” on a permanent basis.

We strongly suggest that users do not initially use the tea at this strength for more than 2 weeks and then give their body a  4 week break before starting the two week detox a second time.

Then after the second cycle, a simple 1 week on and 4 weeks off should be most effective for most people.
